Travel around telecommunication sites in the SoCal region.
Responsible for locating and inspecting sites to establish the Electrical and Fiber providers for each.
Contacting the providers to familiarize themselves with their requirements, fees, etc.
Responsible for locating on drawings and in person, where the existing utility lines run in relation to the intended area where they will be placed.
Meet with representatives from the Utility Companies to establish new service, & put together the plan and timeline for the project.
Review project scope and design specifications and piece together all required information for the Client per the SOW.
Review contracts, plans, specifications, and billings
Prepare, process, and maintain resource materials
Develop and maintain client relationships
Other duties as assigned
Valid Driver’s License is Required
Ability to travel within the US
Minimum of 2 years of utility coordination experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and Adobe Acrobat
Ability to read and understand design drawings and specifications
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Great organizational skills & attention to detail
Design and/or engineering experience in electrical power and/or fiber systems
Experience on electrical or fiber telecommunications projects
Ability to walk & stand for prolonged periods of time.
